It was overcast early, then more and more sun shone until perfect tennis weather arrived at about the third and final rounds.  All players played three rounds.  There were consolation and double-consolation flights. There were 22 players plus 3 "meals-only", for a total of 25. We finished by about noon.  The British pub food was popular, especially the organic scones, bangers and tea sandwiches.  A good time was had by all. Volunteers helped to set up, man the tables, and clean up.
